There has to be a better way.
Paladin founder Divy Shrivastava grew up in a town north of Columbus, Ohio. In 2016, just as he was readying to attend Berkeley for engineering, a close friend’s house burned down in a fire. This event had a massive impact on Divy and the community as a whole.
After talking to the local fire chief, Divy learned two important facts: a fire doubles in size every 30 seconds, and First Responders never have enough information when they arrive at the scene of an emergency.
After another fire burned down a campus church during his first year at Berkeley, Divy knew there had to be a better way.

Divy is a Thiel Fellow, a YC Alum, Forbes Tech Council Member, and has raised from the best VCs in Silicon Valley
